Jeff Thomas is a founding partner of WaterMark Coastal Homes, LLC. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Management. Jeff has been directly involved in the design and production of more than 100 homes in the Atlanta luxury home market over the past decade. As a managing partner of a residential design/build construction company he earned a reputation for superior design and exceptional quality, and that business grew to an annual volume in excess of $5 million. Jeff, his wife Alison, their daughter Avery and son Alex, relocated to Habersham to share more time as a family and to continue to do the work he is passionate about in an environment full of inspiration.
Marc shares Jeff’s roots as a graduate of Georgia Tech’s School of Architecture and Construction Management. As a founding partner of WaterMark, Marc brings a wealth of experience from the commercial design and construction industry. As former Vice President of one of the Southeast’s most respected developers, Marc’s previous career included over $1 billion of high profile projects across the nation. Deciding to move to Habersham with wife Jody and daughters Ella and Sophie has been an important quality of life decision and allows Marc to concentrate on his true love - designing and crafting beautiful custom homes. Working with world-renowned architects from all corners of the globe has taught Marc to appreciate attention to detail, a cornerstone of Watermark’s mission to provide distinctive coastal homes.
