Raised in Charleston, Tim has spent the better part of his life as a resident of the Palmetto State. As a young man, he was a very capable pipefitter and welder, which lead to his appointment as a project manager for an international builder of commercial oil refineries. The environmentally sensitive nature of this business calls for extremely high standards for construction. Tim’s drive caused him to excel and become a leader in his field. An entrepreneur at heart, he realized that if he possessed skills enough to produce a world class product for someone else, he should do it for himself. He became a licensed residential plumber and began his own business which quickly grew. Today, Tim is a licensed plumber, electrician and residential home builder and brings the same exacting standards he learned years ago to each home that bears the Trinity Contracting name. I asked, “What do you think your many present and past customers would say about you?" He instantly replied, "INTEGRITY." I asked him to expound on his answer and he told me his company motto, "Quality makes the difference, greater reliability is the result."
