Born and raised in Beaufort, SC, Peggy spent much of her earlier years as a marine biologist in New Jersey, Hawaii, and southern California. With seven years at Brays Island Plantation, completing her Realtor’s license, she was hired on in 1997 to join the start up of Habersham. Peggy has witnessed the transformation of Habersham from former plantation to being one of the premier neighborhoods of the Southeast.

Ruth is a native South Carolinian who grew up in a small southern town and graduated from Winthrop University. She worked in several different fields from education to pharmaceutical research equipment sales. Ruth enjoys fishing with her son, walking her Boykin Spaniel, cooking and collecting old books. She was among the first generation of Habersham residents and later joined the Habersham sales team in September 2009.
