Two good friends with strong experience in business, management, and construction, Chris Pelletier and Scott James share the ownership of Streamline Homes and guide the company's daily work.
Scott James has a background in sales and real estate and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. Before joining Streamline, Chris Pelletier worked in residential construction for over 13 years – in Atlanta and Highlands, North Carolina.
Chris and Scott and their families live in Streamline-built homes in Mount Pleasant. The active partners share a hands-on philosophy in the operations of Streamline, both in construction and customer service.
But it's the details that make Streamline-built houses the talk of the neighborhood. Details like porch ceilings of stained hardwood, arched windows with a shutters, textured interior walls, and grand bathroom suites with walk-in closets. With original house plans created by a Streamline draftsman, each home is a custom project.
"We can do anything. Show us pictures of what you like, and we can build it," says Chris Pelletier. Since 2002, the company has completed nearly 80 custom residences in coastal South Carolina, earning recognition from its peers, and highest praise from its clients.

Besides being available for questions, we provide a personal binder – a home manual – with all the instruction booklets, warranties and other documents you’ll need to maintain your new home.
