Introducing The Island at Habersham
Lodge and Cottages
The early recognition of Habersham’s appeal as a coastal destination led the development team to include plans for a very special ownership opportunity called: The Island at Habersham. The vision for the Island at Habersham includes a grand lodge and a small group of cottages built on the most sought-after waterfront location in all of Habersham! Providing guests and owners a one-of-a-kind retreat surrounded by the visual splendor and casual elegance that make the lowcountry a magical place in the landscape of the coastal southeast.
The Island at Habersham is an oasis of shady oaks, surrounded by an expanse of illuminated marsh. Here, sunlight establishes a clear contrast of light and dark. The new lodge is oriented to capture views of sunrise and sunset. Its central courtyard mimics the shaded comfort of the surrounding trees. These facts set the stage for a story line of design. The lodge includes twelve, two-bedroom, two-bath flats. The third floor flats feature private elevators for ease of access. Each flat, as well as the interior courtyard, enjoy views of the inlet marsh, surrounding islands and the picturesque Broad River.
In addition to the main lodge, there are a select number of cottages as part of the master association. These cottages are wonderfully designed with a casual elegance and traditional southern charm. Each cottage features two bedrooms, two baths, a large sleeping loft over the kitchen and grand screened porch. Imagine... your own little getaway cottage ideally located on a small sea island in the heart of the Carolina Lowcountry.
On the Island at Habersham, bathed by the tides and aglow in lowcountry sunsets, there is a unique opportunity to share in a retreat surrounded by natural beauty where
simple pleasures become priceless family memories and “home” is the only word that comes to mind.
