Leo Gannon Kim Quixell and Larry Naylor, the founder of Seaway Development, have joined forces in the formation of Group 133, INC. The group is continuing the tradition of fine homebuilding with attention to all the details. In the past few years, Leo has completed more than a dozen homes in Habersham and each one has its own unique finishes and details. His resume includes the 2001 Coastal Living Cottage here at Habersham.

While Leo does oversee and manage the construction, there is a great deal of creativity involved. He says, "Most of the people who come to live in Habersham see homes as something special rather than simply just another house, and that attitude gives a builder an opportunity to at least try to create something with integrity and lasting beauty."
