Brant Construction, Inc. was established in 2002 by Josh & Colleen Brant, along with Josh’s parents, Don & Susan. Brant Construction, Inc. is a family owned custom home builder that brings experience, skill, ingenuity, and commitment to all of its projects. Brant Construction is located in and builds the majority of its homes in Habersham, an award winning neo-traditional neighborhood, in Beaufort, SC.
Josh and Colleen have lived in Habersham since 1998 and were one of the first property owners and residents. They were drawn to Habersham because of its natural beauty, but have chosen to stay and raise their three children (Brodie, Zeke, and Harper) and work in Habersham because of its sense of community and commitment to quality.
Josh is a licensed SC Residential Builder and Don is a retired Chemical Engineer, having been with Exxon International. Josh and Don are on-site every day coordinating subcontractors and overseeing all aspects of construction. Colleen & Susan are behind the scenes managing office and family operations.
Brant Construction has built over 30 homes in Habersham ranging in size from 1250 sf to 3300 sf. No matter the size of the home, quality and attention to detail are the end result. Only the best products are used for construction and future maintenance is always a consideration. Because of the moist climate conditions, synthetic materials are used wherever possible. Strong working relationships have been developed with their subcontractors and suppliers, many of which have been used since the business began.
