The Bistro at Habersham opened in 2007 on Market Street with a menu that included striped sea bass, lobster pasta, New York strip steak, short ribs and organic chicken... not too shabby for a dinner party with your neighbors! Meet Master Chef Raymond Schilcher, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and refined his talent for over 25 years in Martha's Vineyard, Mass. In 2006, Schilcher's restaurant, Ray's at Bob's, was voted the best new restaurant in Sarasota. Fla. but a chance visit to a lively little town on the Carolina Coast had Chef Ray envisioning a new project.

Take a short drive to the quaint, riverfront town of Habersham and you’ll discover a genuinely unique dining experience that celebrates the love of great cuisine. With the freedom to create a menu that is inspired by fresh, local organic ingredients, Chef Raymond sets a new and diverse menu each week. The intimate setting of The Bistro allows the chef to individually attend to the quality and presentation of each plate.

Guests can choose a four-course meal for $45 or can dine a la carte. Dinner is served at two flexible seatings around 5:30 and 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday by reservation only.
